Our goal is to enable performers to go into and stay in the zone on demand 

We hear far too often in the media how people 'bottle it' or 'choke' when the pressure becomes too great, in both sport and in life in general.  FordSports psychology uses psychological techniques such as hypnosis, NLP, Brief Solution Focused Questioning, goal setting and Imagery to stop this 'choking' and replace it with consistent levels of peak performance.
